Norman & Jules is pleased to offer free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more within the contiguous United States. Order must total $100 after all discounts or promotions are applied and be paid online.

SHIPPING METHODS

Norman & Jules ships via the US Postal Service or UPS depending on weight and destination. If you have a P.O. box, please include both your P.O. box and your street address in your shipping address, so that your package will be sure to reach you regardless of shipping method. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days and will arrive within 3-10 business days after shipping. We will e-mail you with a tracking number once your order ships. While most orders ship within 1-2 business days, we do occasionally have delays. For guaranteed delivery dates, please choose Express Shipping at checkout to receive your order within 2-3 business days. If you need your package by a specific date, please leave a note in the “Comments” section when checking out. Items that are drop shipped from the manufacturer generally take about 2-4 days to process and about 5-6 days in transit. Drop shipped items are indicated as such in the item description. Allow up to two weeks for delivery of drop shipped items.

To conserve natural resources Norman & Jules is committed to reusing boxes and packing material whenever possible. Please excuse any markings or stickers on boxes that may have made a previous journey!

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Norman & Jules does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Please check carefully that the shipping address you enter is correct. If an item is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided, customers are responsible for charges to re-ship.


RETURN POLICY

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason we gladly offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days of the sale date. Please have your original or gift receipt. We ask that the product is not used, is in the same condition you received it, and is in the original undamaged box and/or packaging with all warranties, instructions and tags intact. Norman & Jules stands behind the quality of all the products we carry. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please e-mail us. We will pay for return postage for damaged or defective merchandise and send you a new product as soon as we receive the damaged goods. To ensure that you receive full credit for your returned item, returns should be sent insured with tracking number via USPS. Please note, however, that since special ordered items are not normally carried in our inventory, they must be ргеpaid and cannot be returned.
