Standard shipping is free within the contiguous United States with a purchase of $200 or more. Order must total $200 after all discounts or promotions are applied and be paid online.

Norman & Jules ships via the US Postal Service or UPS depending on weight and destination. No P.O. boxes. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days and will arrive within 3-10 business days after shipping. We will e-mail you with a tracking number once your order ships. While most orders ship within 1-2 business days, we do occasionally have delays. For guaranteed delivery dates, please choose Express Shipping at checkout to receive your order within 1-3 business days. Items that are drop shipped from the manufacturer generally take about 2-4 days to process and about 5-6 days in transit. Drop shipped items are indicated as such in the item description. Allow up to two weeks for delivery of drop shipped items.
To conserve natural resources Norman & Jules is committed to reusing boxes and packing material whenever possible. Please excuse any markings or stickers on boxes that may have made a previous journey!

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Norman & Jules does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Please check carefully that the shipping address you enter is correct. If an item is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided, customers are responsible for charges to re-ship.
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we gladly offer exchanges, store credit or refunds (web sales only) within 30 days of the sale date. Please have your original or gift receipt. The product must not be used, in the same condition you received it and is in the original undamaged box and/or packaging with all warranties, instructions intact. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org in order to make a return or exchange.
