Norman & Jules ships with UPS. No P.O. boxes allowed. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and will arrive within 3-10 business days after shipping. We will email you with a tracking number once your order ships. While most orders ship within 1-3 business days, we do occasionally have delays. Please choose Express Shipping at checkout to receive your order within 1-3 business days for guaranteed delivery dates. Items drop-shipped from the manufacturer take approximately 2-4 days to process and 3-10 days in transit. If an item is drop shipped, we will note it on the product's page. Allow up to two weeks for delivery of drop shipped items.

FREE LOCAL PICKUP
We offer free order pickup at our shop, located at 68 3rd Street, Brooklyn, NY 11231. When checking out, choose in-store pickup as your shipping method. Our site requires that you input a shipping address. You may enter your address or ours.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Norman & Jules does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Please check that the shipping address you enter is correct. Returned items due to an incorrect address provided will be the customer's responsibility for re-ship charges.
MISSING OR LOST ORDERS
Norman & Jules is not responsible for missing or lost packages due to courier error. However, we will work as hard as we can with you to recover the box and file the necessary claims. You must initiate the request within 14 days of the ship date. We encourage customers to select ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE at checkout. The insurance will protect you from lost or stolen goods. We are happy to offer returns. Please email us with your order number and description of the problem, and we will guide you through our simple return process. Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of the sale date.
Please include your original or gift receipt inside the returned box. The product must not have been used and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be in the original undamaged box and packaging with all accompanying materials intact. Once we receive the returned goods, we will process the refund.
Please note that Norman & Jules is not responsible for transit costs for returned items. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the return when processing the refund.
